We can only accept residents who can afford to pay with private funds. Our rates start at $4500, as of February 2016 (may be subject to change). We have no shared rooms, only private.

We know there are low-cost providers, however, you'll find that the adage: "You get what you pay for," is very appropriate for senior assisted living in San Jose.

Our rates are based on level of care and type of room.  A senior who is fairly independent may be quoted at the low end of our range.  However, as you can guess, costs increase for things like incontinence care, dementia, transfers, or other needs.  Many of our rooms have a private bath. Rooms that share a bathroom are also typically priced lower.

After taking a tour, we set aside time to talk about your senior's assistance needs. At that time we’ll ask you to have the senior’s doctor complete our physician’s report, a family questionnaire, and read our “What to do next” form.  After we complete an assessment visit, we can provide a firm quote.

If you or your senior do not have the budget to afford a private pay care home, there are still solutions available!  For instance, shared rooms are available through government-sponsored (Medi-Cal) or other public assistance programs.  To find out more, we suggest calling the helpful counselors at the Santa Clara County Council on Aging at (408) 296-8290 www.scccoa.org.

All of our board and care homes are licensed by the State of California.

License#: 435294147, 435294219, and 435294206.

When you weigh the cost of private caregivers and housing expenses, it is usually less expensive for them to receive their assisted living in a board and care home (not to mention the benefit of added stimulation and socialization).
